DESCRIPTION:  I remember the first time I tasted a fresh marshmallow.  It was from Oakville Grocery in Napa Valley and it was the most lovely, fluffy piece of heaven that I had ever tasted.  Spend a sweet afternoon making this very versatile confection.  We will create vanilla bean, Meyer lemon and German Chocolate marshmallows.  You will never buy a bag of those imposters from the grocery store again.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL ATTENDEES OF SIERRA CHEF CLASSES (CHILDREN AND ADULTS) MUST SIGN A LIABILITY AND RELEASE FORM PRIOR TO ATTENDING ANY SIERRA CHEF CLASSES.

Class cancellation policy:  All classes are paid in full when they are booked and are non-refundable.  No reservation will be held without payment in full. If you are unable to attend a class for which you have made a commitment and you inform us of this situation via email sent to Events@SierraChef.com you will receive an in-house credit for a future class, otherwise payment will be forfeited...no exceptions.  No classes may be cancelled via phone, everything must be in writing.  Cancelled classes are non-refundable.  We have a limited number of spaces in classes, both private and scheduled.  When you make the commitment to attend the class, we reserve that space and time for you and expect you to respect our policy.

Please remember that Sierra Chef is not a babysitting service.  Our children's classes are designed to educate, entertain and engage children and 
we hope that you agree. Should a child consistently disrupt class you will be called to collect your child with no refund.
