We have a limited number of space in classes, both private and scheduled, brunches, dinners and events. When you make the commitment to attend the one of these Sierra Chef schedules staff, purchases product, reserves that space and time for you and we expect you to respect our policy.
All classes, brunches, dinners and events are paid in full when they are booked and are non-refundable…no exceptions. All Gift Certificates are non-refundable and have no cash value. Should you use a Gift Certificate for a class, dinner or event and choose to cancel you forfeit that Gift Certificate.
No reservation will be held without payment in full – this includes Gift Certificates. If you are unable to attend a class, brunch, dinner or event for which you have made a commitment, we suggest that you find someone who can enjoy the class or event and attend in your place.
