January 14th....our famous CIOPPINO! Shrimp, Clams, New Zealand Green Mussels, Calamari, and Cod all swimming in our house made spicy, tomato broth (24oz.).  Served with Caesar Salad, our Garlic Parmesan Galicia Bread and a slice of Tiramisu Cake...$35.00 (+ tax) per person.

January 21...Grilled Chicken Skewers (3) topped with our Signature Sierra Chef Sicilian Pistachio Pesto served over Penne pasta.   This dinner is paired with a Caprese stack salad and Sfogliatelle for dessert...$25.00 (+tax) per person.

January 28...Lobster Ravioli (6) with our Housemade Alfredo Sauce, Panzanella Salad and Lemon Bar for Dessert...$26.00 (+ tax) per person.

February 4...Sun Dried Tomato and Fresh Basil Chicken stuffed Manicotti (2) topped with Sierra Chef Housemade Rosso Sauce, served with Antipasti Chopped Salad and Sierra Chef Cannoli for Dessert...$25.00  (+ tax) per person.

February 11...Rosemary Parmesan Garlic crusted New Zealand Lamb Lollipops (4), Roast Red Potatoes with EVOO and Fresh Mint, Roast Asparagus, Field Green Salad with Raspberry Vinaigrette and Triple Chocolate Brownie...$37.00 (+ tax) per person.

February 18...Sierra Chef Bison Chili (32oz) served with Housemade Roast Corn Muffin, Honey Butter made with local Sierra Shadows Honey and Apple Tart for Dessert...$25.00 (+ tax) per person.

February 25...Pinot Grigio and Fresh Dill poached Wild Caught Alaskan Salmon, Rice Pilaf, Shaved Fennel Salad with Orange Segments, Pistachio and a slice of Pistachio Ricotta Cake for Dessert...$28.00 (+ tax) per person.
